Webinar with Live Panel Discussion:
The management of head and neck surgery patients (laryngectomized / tracheostomized)
and the risks of aerosols procedures in the Covid-19 Era.

A 2019 coronavirus disease pandemic (COVID-19) is spreading rapidly across the world, maintaining unprecedented pressure
on the healthcare system. Health care resources, including hospital beds, ICUs and personal protective equipment, are becoming increasingly rationed. In this environment, laryngectomized and tracheostomized patients continue to suffer unique patients, with unique needs. Given their surgically altered airways, they represent a challenge for head and neck surgeons in the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Come and participate in Atos Medical Brasil in this discussion and exchange experiences with special considerations and recommendations for best practices in the treatment of patients with total laryngectomy / tracheostomy. We also discussed recommendations for patients with laryngectomy / tracheostomy and how to minimize such exposures in the community.
